Blush and Bashful

You know the line in Steel Magnolias where Shelby says that “pink is her signature color?” That is definitely true for me! I don’t even pretend to be someone who is ‘hardcore’ because I truly am that girl whose wedding colors were “blush and bashful.” I have no shame in my love of pink, lace, and everything girly so I may as well stay true to my colors (literally!) right?

Since rose quartz is one of the Pantone colors for 2016, that is my excuse to wear it on a regular basis, so I had to have this Gianni Bini lace top. The only downside is that it is completely see through, so depending on what your comfortable with, you’ll need to wear a bandeau, crop top, or camisole! I dressed mine down with these 7 For All Mankind distressed boyfriend jeans, but it would also be so pretty to wear it with a feminine midi-skirt! Either way, I know I will be wearing it a lot over the next few months 🙂

Totally unrelated, but who all watched the Walking Dead season finale on Sunday? I’m not kidding when I say a show has never given me more anxiety! Definitely was on the edge of my seat through that entire episode. Don’t want to give any spoilers away if you haven’t watched yet, but who do you think was Negan’s chosen one at the end? The nerd in me would love to hear your thoughts! Haha

Have a wonderful Tuesday and thanks so much for stopping by!
