Sweater: Shop Bella C // Pocket T-Shirt: Old Navy // Jeans: Paige Denim (also seen in this post) // Boots: old, similar here // Bracelets: E Leigh’s, Forever 21

Is it just me or is anyone else glad that it is finally “sweater weather?” We had our first cold front come through this past weekend, and it was in the high 50’s and low 60’s. It felt amazing!

One of my favorite places to shop for sweaters and cardigans is Shop Bella C! They have a boutique located in Searcy, Arkansas, but they also have a great online shop so y’all definitely need to go take a look! 🙂 I picked up this sweater over the weekend, and I wore it the very next day! I have actually heard that if you don’t wear something within the first 48 hours of purchasing it (unless it’s for a specific occasion, of course) then that means you don’t really ‘love’ it. This could be true, because I am known for wearing the things I purchase directly out of the store! Haha.

On a side note, I loved the location for these pictures! My mom (she is the saint that takes all my pictures for me!) and I went to one of the parks here in Little Rock that has an old train car in it. The bright yellow of the train and the orange and burgundy in my sweater just screamed November to me. We love finding fun locations to go take pictures, so if any of you local people have suggestions, let me know! 🙂

I’d also love to know where your favorite places to purchase sweaters are! I am always looking for new online stores to try out (I may have an online shopping problem….).

Have a great Wednesday and thanks for stopping by!

XO,

Emily

  1. That’s so awesome your momma takes these great pictures for you! I force my brother to do mine and he is definitely *not* a fan, haha. And that’s interesting about the 48 hour rule, and now that I think about it I kind of believe it. Usually when I’m super excited about a piece I can’t wait to wear it. And there ARE quite a few pieces in my closet that have only been worn like 3 times these past 6 months. Hmmm I need to start reevaluating some things, haha!

    1. Hi Marlen!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Yes I am definitely luckily to have her, and she loves taking pictures so it’s a bonus! That is so sweet that your brother does it for you even if you do have to make him! ‘I don’t know if I could get my brother to do that…haha!

      Have a great day!
